After 3 and a half years I am sadly leaving my role of first team Sports Therapist at Whitley Bay Rockcliff RFU.
I have had a wonderful 3 and a half years, made some friends for life, heard some horrendous songs sang, drank too much port and helped endless players get back on their feet and playing rugby after injury. It has been an absolute pleasure.
I am handing my kit bags over to Kieran who completed his student placement with me in 16/17 season and can handle the lads craic as well as yours truly. I wish him the best of luck in his role and hope he enjoys it half as much as I have.
It has been a massive part of my life, I'm leaving a different person to the girl who joined in 2014, and it will be a huge miss. The lads have worked their bums off to be sitting 2nd in the league and I wish them all the luck in the world for a successful end to the season, and that long awaited promotion. Ill be cheering on from the sidelines when I can.
